Fulfillment Policy

Whenever you make a purchase on our site, by phone, or invoice, you will receive an email shortly afterward with your receipt of purchase and information about your purchase.

All purchases are carried out  through our payment processor, Stripe.

Please allow an appropriate amount of time for the email to be delivered. If you haven't received anything from us, make sure to check your Junk, Spam or Bulk Mail folder(s) to make sure it wasn't inadvertently kept out of your inbox.

Pricing

All pricing is determined by project variables. There is not one price for everything because not all projects are the same. We cannot offer guarantees against pricing errors and are not responsible for typographic or other pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will inform you using the information you provide when placing your order and you may either confirm your order (at the corrected service pricing) or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing error. Prices are always in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated. For international orders, duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on the destination country.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Payment

You agree to pay in full after invoice is sent. We do not offer partial payment or payment plans. By placing an order, you authorize us and our third-party service providers to charge your selected payment method for all amounts presented to you in the invoice and purchase process. You represent and warrant that (a) the payment information (including any credit or debit card information) you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (b) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase; (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit or debit card company (if applicable); and (d) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due promptly upon our first demand.

REFUNDS

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Check below for specific circumstances:

If services are not completed.
If Universal cancels contract.
 

CREDIT CARD refunds may only be credited to the original credit card

​DEBIT CARD refunds may only be credited to the original debit card. 

ACH a physical check will be mailed to an address provided by the customer.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services that we offer. All descriptions of service pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer for any service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Universal Print, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
